A new product we have that we are particularly excited about is the Navitas Naturals Yacon Slices! These slices taste like dried exotic apples and have a reputation for being one of the healthiest sweeteners due to its high content of inulin, a complex sugar that breaks down slowly. Although yacon tastes sweet, the sugars from the inulin are not actually digestible and simply pass through the body. Therefore, yacon only contains about half the calories of an average sugar source. What could be better?!
