Cauliflower White Sauce
Ingredients :
1.
1 cup cooked (steam 10 to 14 min.) Cauliflower
2.
1 bud Garlic - pressed
3.
1/2 tsp low-sodium chicken bullion granules
4.
1/2 tsp "Molly McButter" powder
5.
Salt, pepper & Fresh herbs to taste
Directions :
1.
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Use broth from steamed cauliflower or chicken broth to thin sauce to desired consistency

This wonderfully healthy and delicious sauce is great over vegetables, pasta, baked potatoes and chicken.
