Cauliflower White Sauce

Ingredients : 
1.  1 cup cooked (steam 10 to 14 min.) Cauliflower
2.  1 bud Garlic - pressed
3.  1/2 tsp low-sodium chicken bullion granules
4.  1/2 tsp "Molly McButter" powder
5.  Salt, pepper & Fresh herbs to taste

Directions : 
1.  Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Use broth from steamed cauliflower or chicken broth to thin sauce to desired consistency

Serving Info :  This wonderfully healthy and delicious sauce is great over vegetables, pasta, baked potatoes and chicken.
